The Castle Theatre is steeped in Bloomington Illinois history.  Most people remember it as a movie theater, but it also served as a workshop for Williams Oil 'O Matic.

The Tilbury Flash- the orange airplane in the basement of the McLean County Museum of History (the Old Courthouse) was built here.

From the 1930's through the 1950's, WJBC Radio's studios were in the third story, and passers by could watch the broadcasts being made through the front windows.
Beautiful updates, including plumbing, heating, electrical and a modern elevator combine beautifully with elegant, traditional touches.
It's surprising how many big name acts have come to the Castle Theatre.  Click the link above the picture to check out the upcoming schedule.

Only one of the original four, 6,000 square foot, finished deluxe lofts remain!  Call John Albee, Sr. at
