Fred Wollrab Properties
Windy City Wieners has no shortage of customers, with authentic, Chicago style hot dogs, brats, burgers, chicken, all the sides you crave AND home delivery.
This building is currently the home of Windy City Wieners, but housed Bunnell’s Shoe Store & Bootery for 100 years of it's history.

C.U. WIlliams began the world's first photo postcard business on the 2nd floor. Williams went on to build the Paxton’s and Castle buildings for his car dealership, then founded Williams Oil-O-Matic, which eventually became Eureka (Williams) Vacuum Cleaners.

Fred has placed great care in the preservation of this building, and has recently had the street level, commercial space completely renovated.

You'll be delighted by the period details, re-manufactured original windows, wood trim and built in cabinetry, and the wonderful neighborhood!
One and two bedroom apartments are occasionally available.  Call Redbird Property Management at 309-454-4888 or click below.
